I love the hair texture but unfortunately it’s not the right match. How can I return it to get the right match. The package haven’t bebeen opened. I want to order two for pigtails but the right color.

I am so happy with this purchase! It was a perfect colour match and blended perfectly on with my real hair. It’s easy to put in but just be careful with the hair so it doesn’t get tangled in the elastic. It added so much volume and length. Very convincing and great quality.
